FAQ & SHIPPING FAQ

 

    • How much is shipping?
      • This depends on the product ordered, the total price, and where we're shipping to. 
    • Do you ship to my country?
      • We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it's very likely we can ship to your country including UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and more!
    • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
      • This depends on the product ordered:
        • Custom items such as t-shirts, hoodies, coffee mugs, totes can take 1-2 weeks
        • Regular items can take between 2-3 weeks
      • If you have any questions about our shipping time, please contact us and will be happy to help!
        • PLEASE NOTE:  In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays).  As such, If we have already sent your order we will not be able to issue you a refund.  For more information please contact us.    
    • Can my order be shipped faster?
      • At this time, we only have standard shipping and the shipping time will vary depending on what products you ordered. For more information on the shipping times, please refer to "How long does it take for an order to arrive" above. 
      • Please note: we have received plenty of requests from our happy customers that want faster shipping options and it's currently in the works! Once it's effective in the store we'll let you know - we'll keep you posted! 
    • Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
      • For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
    • It's been over 4+ weeks and I have not received my order yet. What should I do now? 
      • If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order (see 'How long does it take for an order to arrive' above for more information), please contact us and we will look further into your order immediately.
        • A few examples for why orders may take longer to arrive to your shipping address:
          • incorrect shipping address was entered when the order was originally placed
          • there was an issue with customs which causes a slight delay
        • Please contact us if you haven't received your order within the timeframe given. We'll take care of you so rest assured! :)
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • YES. An email providing tracking number will be automatically sent to customer’s email when it’s available to track the order. Normally it will take around 3-5 days to get the tracking number after the shipment work is complete.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
  • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
    • Most of the time times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
    • If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.
  • What is your return policy?
    • If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs. Visit our return policy page for more information

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@usgoodgear.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing support@usgoodgear.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don’t cover custom fees for returns)
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@usgoodgear.com

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Common Panda. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
